The round table, by application

Six seats. One table. Nobody bluffing.

A private table of vetted operators at your stage. The same people at every meeting, a trained moderator, and one house rule: what is said at the table stays at the table.

Every seat holds two cards. Pick a seat to turn them over.

What a seat gets you

The people you call when nobody else would understand.

Friends are kind, investors are invested, and your team works for you. A table is the one room where everyone has the same problems and nothing to sell.

01

A table of your own

Five operators at a similar stage and one moderator, in businesses that do not compete with yours. The same people at every meeting, so you never explain your company twice.

02

A trained moderator

Someone whose only job is the quality of the conversation. They keep it honest, keep it fair, and make sure the quiet seat gets heard.

03

House rules that hold

What is said at the table stays at the table. No pitching, no selling, no recording. That is what makes the real numbers safe to say out loud.

04

The whole network in between

Between meetings, GoBarter routes any question to a member who has already solved it, and one credit is one consultation session.

How a seat is filled

Five cards, dealt face up.

A table is only as good as the people at it, so nobody is seated on an application alone.

1

Apply

Five short hands about you and the business you run.

2

Intro call

We talk through what you have solved and what you are carrying.

3

The table has a say

The members you would sit with can speak up before you join.

4

You receive your invitation and the house rules.

5

Your first meeting

You are seated with your table and your moderator.

Seat 4 is open

Pull up a chair.

Five short hands. Every one you finish puts a chip in the pot and turns another seat toward you.

Questions

Before you sit down.

Who is the round table for?
Founders, owners and operators who run a real business and want peers rather than an audience. We seat people by stage, so the person next to you is facing decisions close to your own.
What happens between meetings?
The rest of GoBarter is there for anything that cannot wait. Any question is routed to a member who has already solved it, and one credit is one consultation session.
Is what I say confidential?
Yes. Confidentiality is the first house rule, and every member agrees to it before they are seated. Nothing is recorded.
Do I need to be a GoBarter member?
No. Anyone can apply. If you are already a member, the form fills in what we know about you.
What happens to my answers?
Only the GoBarter team reads your application. We use it to decide on a fit and to place you at the right table, and for nothing else.
Seat 4 is open

The chair is already pulled out.

Tell us who you are and what you run. If there is a table for you, we will find it.
